Camping trip, How can i take advantage of the fat burning benefts?
Im going a 1 week camping trip in colorado in the mountains. Everyday we will be hiking for a constant 8 hours a day. What food should i supply myself to take advantage of burning fat on this trip?

energy drinks and good protein. and to the answerer, hes not going to be near fast food, hes camping!
